- Letter of Appointment for the Negotiator and his specimen signature (Notarized Copy) and a copy of his passport
- Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration- (Notarized Copy).
- Memorandum and Articles Of Association of the Company (Notarized Copy).

Minimum Legal Requirements:
- There should be at least 2 directors and a secretary.
- If a Foreign national is to be appointed as a Director or Secretary, HFZA will require that such a person holds a valid residence and work permit from the relevant authorities.
- At least one of the Directors and Secretary should be a Resident of the Emirate of Sharjah.
- The offices of the Director and Secretary may be held jointly by a single person.
- The investor will pay the registration / incorporation fee of Dhs 9,000.
