RAK Offshore is a part of the RAK Investment Authority, Government of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. RAK Offshore is the result of the extraordinary vision of H.H.Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the Crown prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. And that vision has been turned into reality by Dr. Khater Massaad; the CEO of RAK Investment Authority.RAK Offshore has been effectively setting up offshore companies since 2007 and till date have successfully formed more than 2000 Offshore Companies. Furthermore they offer their clients registration of their Yacht, Private Boats and Vessels in Ras Al Khaimah.

Documents to be provided to incorporate an Offshore Company

1. For Individual Applicants:
  • Application Form

  • Memorandum of Association (done by us)

  • Passport Copy - copy attested

  • Bank Reference Letter - original required

  • Proof of residence (Utility bill) - original required

2. For Non-individual Applicants :
  • Application Form

  • Memorandum of Association (done by us)

  • Copy of license or incorporation certificate issued by the chamber of commerce or any other body – (documents must be apostille or attested as true copy from the registry where the company is incorporated or submit along the originals to the registry at the time of registration)

  • Board of Resolution - original required

  • MOA of the parental company – (documents must be apostille or attested as true copy from the registry where the company is incorporated or submit along the originals to the registry at the time of registration)

  • Passport Copy of the Director & the Shareholders - copy attested

  • Good Standing Certificate - original required


Time Scale

Once all the documents are submitted, the company is incorporated in a week’s time.
